Bathroom- Lights to lighten

Enough light is required in the bathroom whether natural or artificial. Provision of windows with ventilation allows flow of natural light and air reducing the dampness and moisture caused due to vapor or heat. The correct locations of bulbs and lights can create a unique appeal thereby energizing the entire bathroom.

Contemporary designs accentuate the luxury of bathrooms in whatever form or shape they are used. Down lights can be used in several or few depending on the size of the bathroom. The mirror lights are a combination of white and chrome or glass. Placed just above the mirror, it helps highlight the facial features.

Bathrooms need to be secured through proper insulation of cables that are likely to be damaged due to heat or moisture. The thermostatic taps are more useful in disabled bathrooms as the people with disability will find it difficult adjusting the mix of hot and cold water.
The bathroom furniture is combination of vanity units with mirror and wall cabinets. The toilet pan with concealed cistern can have vanity units erected around it to save space. The countertop basin on the wall hung vanity unit is suitable where pipes need to be concealed.

The cloakroom suites have provision for small bathroom furniture in form of vanity unit that can be erected on the wall or near the mirror.
The kitchen sinks of any type and size can be used as per requirements. The fragnamite sinks have become popular as they combine stainless steel with granite granules to give usability. Ceramic sinks can be used for washing and cleaning kitchen items.
